QR Paying provides a payment processing platform that enables businesses to accept QR code-based payments directly to their bank accounts. Our service facilitates the generation of QR codes and the processing of payment transactions.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Pricing

QR Paying does not charge transaction fees or commissions. The only costs you may incur are standard bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution. We reserve the right to introduce premium features with associated fees in the future, with advance notice.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

6. Liability

QR Paying is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
